Tenants ​

A place to manage tenants.

What are Tenants? ​

Tenants are similar to domains, like top-level customer accounts. ONVCP website is a multi-tenanted system. There are sections of the site that various entities can utilize within the same tenant, just like within a website. Click the Tenant icon in the bottom left side of the screen to be taken to other available resources.

Tenants may also reflect different information depending on whether your logged in status or clearance.

Like Russian nesting dolls (known as Matryoshka), each element fits inside another with Tenants housing them all.

Permissions are granted within the Tenant level and trickle down, with permissions that can be leveraged to the record level.

Within your project, each Tenant will be its own entity, however, you can have multiple iterations of every other item within a Tenant (Initiatives, Dashboards, Pages, etc.)
